Last updated: 19 September 2026
Candidate information is personal information. This policy sets out how buyers may and may not use data supplied by NEET Lead Hub.
Permitted use
- Planning and carrying out lawful, authorized MBBS admission outreach and counselling support.
- Internal organization, segmentation and follow-up planning for your own team.
Prohibited use
- Any unlawful, deceptive or harassing use.
- Contacting anyone who has opted out or registered a do-not-disturb preference where that applies.
- Selling, renting, publishing or sharing the data with unauthorized parties.
- Making false claims about seats, fees, rankings, approvals or admission outcomes.
Legal responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including data-protection law such as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and telecom commercial-communication rules. Get your own legal advice on how they apply to you.
Candidates who may be minors
Many NEET candidates are under 18. Extra legal requirements may apply when processing a minor's data or contacting minors or their guardians. You are responsible for meeting them before any outreach.
Opt-outs, corrections and security
- Keep a do-not-contact list and apply it across every team member and campaign.
- Protect the data with reasonable access controls and delete it when you no longer need it.
- Tell us promptly if you believe data has been exposed or misused.
Data availability
Data availability and fields vary by package and source. Contact information is included only where lawfully collected and permitted. See the Terms for more.
