Last updated: 19 September 2026
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a data package from NEET Lead Hub.
Eligible buyers
Packages are for organizations and professionals involved in medical admissions, such as colleges, consultants, counselling agencies and recruitment teams. We may decline or cancel any order that fails verification.
What you are buying
You are buying a data package as described in its specification. Available fields, coverage and format vary by package and source. Any record count, coverage or update frequency applies only where stated in your confirmed specification.
Lawful and authorized use
You must use the data only for lawful and authorized purposes and in line with the Data Usage Policy and all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for your outreach, including consent, opt-outs and communication rules.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee admissions, enquiries, conversions or revenue. We do not guarantee that every record is complete or current, because candidate details change.
Pricing and payment
The price shown on the website applies to the package described. Payment is accepted by UPI only, to the UPI ID shown on the checkout page, and we never ask for payment to any other ID or by any other method. Taxes, if applicable, are confirmed at order. An order is confirmed only after we verify your payment and your organization.
Restrictions
- Do not resell, sublicense, publish or share the data with unauthorized parties.
- Do not use the data for harassment, fraud, misleading claims or unlawful profiling.
- Do not attempt to identify or contact candidates in ways the law does not allow.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or refuse service if we reasonably believe the data is being misused or these terms are breached.
Refunds and disputes
See the Refund Policy. Disputes are subject to the laws of India and the courts at the seller's registered location.
